Dr. Ronda Orndoff, owner of Magnolia Medical Aesthetics, is a dedicated, doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with extensive experience in Cardiology, Oncology, and Intensive Care (ICU). She holds multiple certifications and has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to healthcare with honors such as the Halos for Heroes Award, several DAISY nominations, a Seton nomination, and a Nightingale nomination.

In addition to her clinical and aesthetic work, Dr. Orndoff serves as lead faculty in the MSN/DNP Acute Care program at Colorado State University, where she mentors and inspires the next generation of nursing leaders. Her passion for excellence and patient-centered care defines her distinguished career.

Shannon Sturtevent has been a Licensed Esthetician  since 2011, bringing over a decade of expertise, giving her hometown community healthy radiant skin. She has a deep understanding of all skin types, and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Her passion for skincare and personalized approach maker her a trusted professional in her field.

Elicia Serrato is a newly licensed Esthetician with a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She offers a variety of services tailored to her clients' needs and takes pride in creating a welcoming and uplifting experience. Elicia's dedication to her craft and genuine care for her clients make her a promising professional in the skincare industry.
